Hospital Policies
Appointment Policy
We operate by appointment only. Emergency cases are given priority, and will be worked in whenever time and staffing allow, followed by patients with scheduled appointments.
Patient Arrival Policy
For the safety of all pets and people, dogs must be on a leash and under control while in the waiting area or exam rooms. Cats should be brought in an appropriate carrier or on a leash. If your pet has a history of aggression or behavioral concerns, please let us know so we can make any necessary accommodations to ensure a safe and comfortable visit.

Drop-Off Policy
If no appointment times are available, we offer a limited but convenient drop-off option for exams and procedures. Pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations to stay in the hospital (Distemper-Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies for dogs; Feline Distemper and Rabies for cats). Drop-off patients are typically seen between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm, during a time when the hospital is closed to regular appointments. When you drop-off your pet, we’ll either call you when they are ready or schedule a check out time later in the afternoon so you can pick them up and review any questions with the doctor.
