We have taken all of our pets to Northwoods for the past 24 years. The care they get is beyond great! This practice is, by far, the best place to take your pet! When my brother visited us from out of town, he had to take his dog here and said he wished the vet he had at home was half as good as Northwoods. Couldn't recommend them more!

I'm pleased with Northwoods animal hospital. They're very kind and patient, they made me and my 2 chowchows feel very comfortable during their yearly checkup. Last year we saw Dr Chappel he's great , and this year we saw Dr Hudson she's amazing too.
Both of them have been very helpful and answered many questions I had. I didn't feel rushed, the opposite they both encourage to answer any doubts.
The staff was very helpful , polite and professional offered treats so my dogs would be less stressed during blood samples and vaccines.
I Will be recommending this place to friends.

The entire staff, from the receptionists, to the techs and the Doctors are all amazing! They are all knowledgeable and caring towards your fur babies! I love knowing that my kitties are so well cared for at every visit! Pickles and Olive appreciate the continuous excellent care!

My Chloe and I visited Northwoods Animal Hospital for the first time yesterday and we met Dr. Chappell. I've had fur babies all of my life and Dr. Chappell is one of the best veterinarians that we have ever had. He is knowledgeable, very patient and he listens! He took the time to explain everything and to answer my questions. He truly cares about the well being of his patients and it shows.
Friendly, prompt service. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The staff and vet techs are awesome! You can tell that they love what they do. Chloe and I could not be more pleased. We even got a follow up call the next day to see how everything was! I highly recommend Northwoods Animal Hospital

Northwoods has taken care of our pets for more than 15 years and they are wonderful. Dr. Chappell is amazing and all of the vet techs and front office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We wouldn't trust our pet's care to anyone else.

I loved to NC about 7 years ago and have been bringing my cats to see Dr. DeAngelo since. The staff is amazing! Dr. DeAngelo helped me through a cat with kidney disease which allowed me to spend more time with him before he passed away. She is great as I’m sure the other vets are as well!

Friend of mine recommended northwood animal hospital to me when we relocated to Cary and were looking for vet for my dog  9 years ago. Dr Chappell and staff have been taken care of spots ever since. I just adopted a kitten a few days ago and I brought her in for her first vet visit here to get her established and ask the vet some questions. I was pretty nervous as she’s my first pet and I didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was super nice and helpful! They answered all of my questions and they are also taking COVID seriously by having you fill forms out in the car and requiring masks. Excited to have found a great vet for my newest family member!

After the vet who was supposed to issue my dog's health certificate canceled my appointment they worked me in on a tight schedule the next day so I still made my flight. They were amazing at double checking that we had everything he needed and making sure the paperwork was perfect. I can't recommend them enough!

They have awesome vets and staff. They treat my pets with expertise and care as opposed to overcharging me for a "boutique" experience. Dr Hudson's father was our vet 40+ years ago and they have a strong Cary tradition going. Solid.

Have been a client of Northwoods and Dr. Hudson's for over 25 years. They are caring, attentive, and thorough. I read through the negative reviews here, and while I feel it must in large part be a response to a heartbreaking loss, I can't agree with the assessment.

The care and compassion that the doctors and staff have shown our pets through the years is unparalleled and exceeds my expectations at most every turn.

The people at Northwoods Animal Hospital have taken care of our cat for 13.5 years. They knew his peculiarities and accommodated them every time he was boarded with them.

I am very happy with the support we received when Thomas became ill and was pleasantly surprised when we received a hand-written sympathy card from the vet after he had died.
