Northwoods maintains a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, heartworm preventatives and flea control to meet the needs of your pet.  When those medications are not directly available, or when our clients would prefer, our doctors are happy to provide you with a written prescription to be filled by the pharmacy of your choice.  We are happy to phone in a prescription to your pharmacy.  However, we cannot authorize prescriptions with online pharmacies due to hospital policy.

Please note that our hospital policy also requires all patients requesting prescription medications to have received a full exam within the past year to maintain an appropriate client-patient-doctor relationship.
