Appointment
Policy We work by appointment
only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority
followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. |
Drop Off Policy We allow patients to be dropped off for exams and procedures when an appointment time is not available. These patients must be up to date on their vaccines to stay in the hospital (Distemper-Parvo, Bordetella and Rabies for dogs. Feline Distemper and Rabies for cats.) Typically, these patients are seen between the hours of 12pm - 2pm when the hospital is closed to appointments. At the time of drop-off, a check-out appointment in the afternoon can be scheduled for you to pick up your pet and go over any questions you may have for the doctor. |
Payment
Policy We require full payment at the time
that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks. |

Patient
Arrival Policy For your protection, and
that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled
while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be
presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a
leash. |
